okay. long day today.
early in the morning 6 o'clock (really) i went to school and headed to the ecology field trip. FUN LA. after that met wan xin, who was late over an hour. haha. went swimming, then cycling at gym then did intervals. NATIONALS NATIONALS. i didn't trn for 2 weeks because of my knee. nationals=FOR WHAT? hoe to win? nv trn. lag behind alrdy. but i'll take part in nationals for experience (: i'm tired. that explains why i didn't elaborate on the day. anws, i'll just throw all the pictures now.
